<p>提到澎湖早餐，想不到要吃什麼，就到文康商圈牌樓就對了！好吃的燒餅、牛雜湯，各式銅板美食都能在此一網打盡！但想要享有美食記得要早早抵達，通常 10 點前早餐就會銷售一空，如果太晚到的只能隔日再來囉！</p>

<p>鐘記燒餅的餅皮為老麵發酵，非常渾厚紮實，嚼起來特別過癮，餅皮香甜的韻味也越嚼越明顯。鐘記提供的內餡選擇也非常多樣化，有燒餅酸菜、燒餅香雞堡等，也可以自行搭配喜好的內餡。叉燒蔥蛋燒餅是店內的招牌，叉燒的鹹與餅皮的甜融合得恰到好處，蔥蛋也入口即化，蔥的香氣充滿口腔。</p>



<p>除了燒餅外，店內還有一款鎮店之寶就是干貝醬起司蛋餅，濃郁的干貝醬及濃郁的起司綜合在一起，看似新奇，但卻意外的很搭！</p>

<p>整間店瀰漫著濃濃的豆漿香氣，<strong>益豐</strong>以油條及鹹豆漿聞名。油條酥脆，香氣十足。鹹豆漿以油條、蝦米、榨菜為基礎，內料豐富，建議可先品嚐一口原味，再打顆蛋下去增添滑順口感，最後再將油條粘著豆漿一同品嚐。豆漿油條的天作之合，就是這麼純粹幸福。</p>

<p>燒餅油條及銀絲卷也是招牌餐點。燒餅表層薄酥，內層餅皮Q 較有層次感。銀絲卷則有別於一般外白內黃的印象，易被誤認為一般的麵包，但現桿現炸棕色外皮的銀絲卷，油炸後酥脆、咬感紮實但不會過乾，中間再搭配顆蔥蛋就成了極品。</p>

<p>至 1996 年開業至今已超過50年的北新橋，老闆就來自北京北新橋。招牌牛雜湯，是由牛骨加上黃牛肉慢火清燉，湯頭清甜，牛肉入口即化，牛肉滑嫩沒有腥味。牛肚、牛舌、腱子肉等食材新鮮，料多實在。</p>

<p>好吃的粥千奇萬化，但隱身在漫畫店中的建國魚粥，有別於澎湖多數濃郁口味，招牌清甜口感顯得獨樹一幟。</p>



<p>採用旗魚下去調製，魚肉鮮嫩，湯頭清爽，粥吃起來偏向湯泡飯的口感，魚塊給得也很大方！再搭配上油條一起品嚐，增加口感的豐富度及口味的變化性。</p>
